Applying for H4 visa stamping in India while still working in US on H1B
Hello All,
Currently I'm working in US on H1B and my petition is valid until 2023. But I'm planning to leave my job in 3 months and travel to India and apply for H4 visa(on my spouse's H1b). While filing out the DS160 do I need to update my current job(in US) in present employer section or as past work experience ?
My worry is, I wouldn't be employed during the visa stamping time but my DS160 would show as I'm currently employed in US.
or If I add it as past employment then end date will be the date I'm filing DS160, which would be wrong as I would still be working until I travel to India, closer to the appointment date.
Please suggest how to fill DS160.
