No automated response after submitting documents to
Hello,
I received 221g on 25th March 2022 and was asked to appear for in-person interview on 31st March 2022 with some court documents which showed the dismissal of the case. The officer took the relevant document and handed over another 221g stating my case will be under further processing. There was no update until spetember 2022 when I field for mandamus. On 23rd November 2022 I received an email from [email protected] to submit some more documents. My lawyer responded with the documents and he receieved an automated response. Then on 29th decemeber I received another email from [email protected] to submit the first document I had taken on 31st march 2022 to my interview again. I responded with the necessary document but this time did not receive any auto response. I read a lot of reviews where they say that if we do not receive an automated response, that means they have not received our documents. I tried sending from 2 different email ids, but still no luck. My lawyer also tried and he too did not get any automated response.
I also tried calling the support traveldocs and they asked me to send them the documents. I did, but I received a very generic response saying my case is still under review.
Has anybody had such an experience of not getting an automated response?
