H1B Transfer - Laid off / Quit before LCA is approved

Hi,

I am currently employed with company A, but I will be laid off before LCA with company B is approved. Company B intends to apply for the H-1B Change of Employer as soon as they receive LCA approval https://19216811.cam/ https://1921681001.id/.

Will my application for H-1B be null if I'm laid off / quit before H-1B petition is applied and LCA is approved for Company B?
