H1 Transfer + Spouse COS to H4 + EAD

Hi All - As my Spouse's H1B is going to max out, we have to apply COS to H4 and also apply EAD using my I-140.

I am also planning to change Employer. Is it possible to file H1B transfer in Premium along with Spouse's COS from H1 to H4 and New EAD concurrently?
