I-140 questions
I have tired to read online about H1B transfers with an I-140 (approved over 180 days) and couldn't find proper explanation hoping some one can clarify
say I work for company A on a H1B and have an I-140 approved over 180 days.
1) if the H1B is transferred to a new employer B and the employer B would NOT file for Green card process i.e no new PERM / I-140 petition would be filed then what would be the result
should I leave the country after the end of current H1B (or) can they keep filing for extension with the approved I-140 from prior employer (A) ?
2) If I change jobs again to a different company say C can the I-140 from the first employer A still valid to do transfer.
3) if i leave back to home country for few years , can a company file for a cap exempt H1B from my home country with the approved I140 originally from employer A
