H1 Amendment Required when change of Home Address compared I797 LCA Home Address ?
Hi All,
My Employer (working directly for the client) while doing the H1 Transfer submitted an LCA with Company Address and My Home Address, there is a Change in my Home address now. New Address is just with in 10 miles from my previous address.
I am planning to visit India for vacation, Do I need to go for an Amendment on my I797 as there is a change in my Present Address when compared to the address in LCA that was approved during the H1 Transfer earlier?
Appreciate anyone help on the question here.
