Noob H1B questions

I transitioned from F1 to H1B and currently on the F1 visa. I’m visiting my home country (India) next month and have a Dropbox appointment to get H1B visa. The 2 questions I have https://getappvalley.com/

1. Is it cool to have a Dropbox appointment for new H1B visas? (I’ve heard most people say yes, but couple people say no but the rules have changed lately)
2. Where can I find the list of documents I will need to submit for my H1B visa stamping?
