I have been on J1 research scholar for almost 1 year currently my DS for J1 is about to end. However, I have a new job which is going to sponsor my H1B. However, the visa process is taking longer than anticipated https://vidmate.onl/ .
I do not have J1 research home country rule. & my H1B is taking long to process.
So, I was wondering, if I go back to my country within the 30 day grace period and can I still come back on visitor status to the US if I need to visit US?
Also, once the H1B is approved, I can go back to my country and re-enter before 10 days on H1B. Is that a possible and legally appropriate plan?
