@aammiitt
Well, my case is not exactly similar to you, but very close. I had visa interview on Jan 4th and yellow slip with no docs asked. Jan 30th i received clearance and submitted my passport, but my passport came back after a week and did not have visa stamp on it and was accompanied with the same yellow slip.
Last week i again received clearance and submitted my passport again. I have received my passport with stamp in it. So i think you should also receive clearance in 2 - 3 week's time.

I already had an approved I797 and the VO asked me the standard questions like whats your work responsibility? What will be your salary? Are you married? etc. The interview went quite well and she did not ask me a single document. I am not sure why they must have put my case under administrative processing.
Does anyone know how long will it take and if there is a way I can track. She has not asked for any additional documents and just mentioned that they will send me an email and I should submit my passport for stamping.

221(g) Admin Process -Yellow Slip - No Doc Mentioned
Another name on Mumbai Yellow Slip :
24th Feb - Visa Interview
VO informed that visa was granted
27th Feb - Received the passport without any stamp and yellow slip ( I have not read about a single case like mine - if somebody has read/seen/experienced this kind of case, please reply. Atleast this will assure me that I am not in a unique situation)
The yellow slip has "Other" and "Admin Process" circled. However, no document is mentioned in the yellow slip.
I work for a large reputed US company in the Finance area. I was once hold for 40 days for security clearnace and cleared during my L1B process 5 years bac k. I am not sure if they again want to name check.
Any clue/turnaround time/similar case experience will be highly appreciated.

221g green at delhi embassy
My 221g case details:
Visa interview date : Jan 13, 2012. Officer kept passports and all papers
Got 221g in email on Jan 18, 2012 asking for H1 bundle, notarized employee list, product information document.
Docs submitted(with non-notarized employee list, employer forgot to notarize it) : Jan 31, 2012
Mailed them next day and they asked to submit it again.
Notarized employee list submitted on : Feb 7, 2012
Got a call from embassy : 23 Feb 2012. They called me four times in space of 2 hours. I missed call on my cell, they called my spouse, who told them to call me back and they called back in afternoon. Had detailed interview. I asked whats the status now, she said cannot tell right now. Then she called again in 5 min, and follow up questions for 5 odd minutes.
I am direct employee of 50+ company set up in 2009 and working from their India office(6 people right now) for last 6 months. I work for their product and have had 2 successful H1 B's before.

Do you know that it is common to have the yellow slip again after having CEAC number appearing on the barcode list?

Issued blue 221g requesting almost all documents from employer and my tax returns, pay slips and bank statements
Document submitted: Jan 10
Received email on Jan 17 asking to visit consulate
2nd Interview/visit: Jan 19
Was asked the same questions again, client location, work location, manager location, how manager assigns and reviews the work. No documents were asked and gave me yellow slip.
I sent an email to vfs asking my case status and today I got a reply saying that my petition has been send to KCC for possible revocation.
I seriously dont believe this. I dont see any reason why they should reject my visa.
How can I check with USCIS about my case?
What options do I have now?
Please advise
