    Passport returned without stamp

Yellow form 221G. Visa interview date Jan 4th. CEAC number appeared on Jan 31st. Submitted passport on 2nd Feb. Received the passport today but it did not have any stamp. Does anybody know what is the meaning of this?

The passport was accompanied with the same pending yellow letter that was given to me earlier.

    hey,

I'm working for a desi consulting company that has 56 employees. I got an rfe when they applied for my h1b. It asked for evidence to show employer-employee relationship.

In my case I'm working on-site for comcast and someone from my consulting company also works here, but I dont report to her, nor does she conduct performance reviews or anything. Should I be concerned about this? After reading this and many other forums I want to ask my lawyer and consulting company to back out immediately because I plan to visit India next month and wish to avoid all these hassels.

But, it seems my case was nt strong enough to prove the employer-employee relationship.
The reason may be because of my work location. I was working from home office in CA, my employer is in NJ and my client is some other state. Not sure though if this may have caused rejection.
Then that confusion should be taken care at the time of approving I 797A and not at the time of stamping.

I will keep my comments reserve for the people working over at US, Consulate. They can just ruin carrier of students in a single minute.

    2nd Interview/visit: Jan 19
Was asked the same questions again, client location, work location, manager location, how manager assigns and reviews the work. No documents were asked and gave me yellow slip.

I sent an email to vfs asking my case status and today I got a reply saying that my petition has been send to KCC for possible revocation.

I seriously dont believe this. I dont see any reason why they should reject my visa.

How can I check with USCIS about my case?

What options do I have now?

    Please advise

    im a healthcare workerdoctor/nurse/therapist category - scheduled A type
    eb2 i140 approved
    company with ~950-1000 employees
I work for facility maintained by my company but owned by some other company!
    tips -
    1.Pray a lot... i did so !
    2. Let ur company lawyers know everything !
    3. Keep patience as all cases get cleared b/w 2-3 weeks, though mine ws faster !

In my case company's attorney, local senator(i think my company supports him in elections ) and a very influential jewish political leader (cannot mention name but this guy is bigg; since my company owners are jewish and they loose a large sum of money each day i dont work - see patients lol )
I dont know whether this all helped or not but my process was aster than average !

Good thing is everyone with a simple yellow 221g gets visa approved ... so its matter of some extra vacation !
Like I said- "I always thought I deserve a great vacation and now god took it seriously"

Will post once I reach states to report if there is any problem clearing immigration !

    Good luck everyone !
