Any guidance on filing US taxes with an H-3 Visa?

I had a co-op job last term in California from September - December (118 days) and I just received my W-2 form.

I was able to find a guide for co-ops with a J-1 visa but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with an H-3 visa? I'm sure the deductions are different but I'm unsure if I need to https://vlc.onl/ file any other form except for the 1040EZ.
