Second H1b Stamp via Dropbox with prior DUI
In March 2014 I had a Misdemeanor DUI for which I pleaded guilty and did 1 year of probation.
In 2017, I did H1B stamping during which I got 221g (white slip) and had to go through medical and psychological evaluation. Got passport stamped with visa in 2-3 weeks. The visa was valid till march 2020.
During pandemic I never visited India and now plan to visit my relatives in 2024. I have heard that for H1B renewals, they are allowing H1B dropbox.
Am I eligible for Dropbox? Has anyone with DUI got visa stamped second time via dropbox?
