I was recently laid off and I am nearing 60 day grace period. I have an option to join a consultancy (employer A) that is handling my h1b transfer but I might have an offer from another company (employer B) that is better suited. But since I am close to end of my 60 day period I have to join employer A.
My question is:
If I start with employer A based on a timely filed H-1B transfer petition, and I find new employment (employer B) and they also file a new transfer petition while employer A’s petition is pending. Will USCIS consider my new omegle xender petition with employer B? I would prefer to go with employer B, it's just that they are taking some time and I need to get started with employer A as my 60-day period is coming to an end next week. I might have the option for premium processing with employer B. Will USCIS approve employer B’s petition until employer A’s petition has been approved?
