Hello all,
It's a little difficult to find information about the regular H4 visa (non EAD) application process.
I got my H1B this year and am planning to get married next year and for my spouse (who's outside the US) to get her H4. I've heard that it's a pretty straightforward process , but I can't find any information on how long the processing times are outside the US.
As I understand it, she would need to make an application/visa appointment at our local consulate and provide documentation. But would I also need to be there during the interview?
Just trying to understand how long this may take. Appreciate your responses!
