So my girlfriend is on F1, the second year of OPT. She did not get picked for H1B this year but still has one more year. I somehow luckily got selected for H1B last year. We're planning to get married here in the US so she can stay with me one more year after the OPT expires. I wonder if it works for us even though same-sex marriage is not legal in omegle xender my country. I also wonder about tax as well, which tax bracket will I be in after getting married?
