Hi, I was on H1B and got laid off on 23rd May 2024. I filed for COS (from H1 to H4 on 15thJuly) via i539 (along with G-1145 for eNotification) at the USCIS Arizona lock box facility (via USPS priority mail). The document were delivered on 07/17 but i havent received the receipt till date (nor the payment has been debited from my account).
I sent a followup email to the lockbox facility but received an auto reply that they will get back in 30 business days!!
Recently i got a job offer and the company is starting the h1 process (premium processing). As I am beyond 60 days grace period, and the USCIS has not yet processed the i539 documents
so would the h1 transfer run into issues​ ?
If so then is there anything I can do to address this ?
