Hello all,
I have an approved I140 with my company in the EB2 category.
Recently, my company filed another I140 for the EB3 category and it was approved too.
I recently scheduled a drop box appointment for my H1B renewal and for the DS-160 question about “has anyone filed an immigrant petition?” I mentioned about the EB2 I140 but missed mentioning about the EB3 I-140 which was still in the processing phase when i filed the DS-160
Would this affect my H1B drop box case?
