L1-H1 COS : Out of status for 5 business days

Hello Friends,

I would like to know the impact of being Out of Status for 1 week due to COS from L1 to H1.

Is it a major concern when I go for

1. visa stamping in future.
2. GC processing

Scenario -

Last date of employment on L1 with current employer - 31st Jan
Start date of employment on H1 with new employer - 7th Feb.
