Can I delay my start date?
I got my h1b stamped in India for the very first time. Im going back to the USA after three years of completing my f1visa. I came back to India.
My boss is flexible for my start date. We originally in the offer letter stated 8th January as the start date.
If I plan on going in February will this be an issue with immigration and border patrol?
