Hi I don’t know if there will be anyone who can answer this question but I have heard that the chance of getting H1B rejected is high if your job is remote? Is this true? I got a new job in LA, but I’ll be working remotely from another state. My new company has never handled an H-1B transfer before. We consulted an attorney about my case, and he said there’s a high chance of rejection because I’ll be working remotely, which could be an issue due to policies from current president administration.
