I am in H1-B, living in USA with family and I have approved I-797 until July 2027, but my stamped visa in passport got expired on August 2024. Since, am planning to go to India in August 2025, we have to attend H1-B/H4 visa stamping.
Could you please help me with below my DS 160 queries
1.)
Since, I am filing out DS-160 form for my H1-B visa stamping, there is a question in DS-160, to enter Spouse's address in "Family Information - Spouse" section.
In the "Family Information: Spouse" section, for the question on "Spouse's address". currently we all in USA, Should I need to select "SAME AS US CONTACT address ? (OR) should I select SAME AS HOME ADDRESS(India address) since we go to India for stamping.
2.) Can I get dropbox option since I go for stamping in August 2025 (exact 1 year)?
and another question for my child
3.) Is your Father in USA? Since we all are in USA, should we select Yes (OR) select NO - since we go to India for stamping.
4.) Is your Mother in USA? Since we all are in USA, should we select Yes (OR) select NO - since we go to India for stamping.
