I attended my H1B visa interview on 05/2025. This was my third extension, and I have an approved I-140. During the interview, the visa officer asked why I hadn’t completed the stamping in India. I explained that I was visiting extended family and friends in the UK, which is why I chose to do it here. However, the officer issued a 214(b) refusal.
