Im working with H1b in usa. Previous h1b with old employer was till Dec,25 based on which my wife got H4 and H4 EAD till Dec 25. Now im with new employer with new H1b till 2028.
I want to extend my wife's immigration status.
1. Do i need to file both H4 Extention + H4 EAD extention for my wife or is just H4 EAd sufficient?
2. Will it be an extention or an amendment as i changed employer? What is the approriate forms i need to file?
3. Is it advisable to self-file or should i hire an attorney? Any recommendations for attorney?
4. What is the best time to file as there are 5 months left?
