H1b transfer outside USA.

Hii all, I was let go on H1b and my visa is still active until 2027 along with 1 extension. Currently, I am in my home country. If I get an offer in next couple of months and my employer file transfer petition (no lottery and already entered USA twice on H1b). Do they have to pay $100,000 fee for me?

Please help me clear this doubt if you know about immigration laws or if you are an immigration lawyer. omegle xender

Hi,
Just making sure, you were on H1B status in the USA already and have already got H1B visa stamping too. If this is the case, your new employer not required to pay 100K.
