Work from abroad during h1b

Hello

Is it now allowed to work from abroad for a week or two from abroad (India in this case)?

I am seeing folks getting H1B rejected during interview or POE because they mentioned they worked from India for a week https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/ .

Hi,
You are absolutely correct. At the port of entry, CBP Officers are specifically asking this question. Normally, H1B employees can work at specifically mentioned locations only(As per LCA). But there is no specific rule saying that they can not work for few days out of country. H1B beneficiaries should be more careful on these.
