Flight home after being laid off

I was laid off and I'm moving back home next month. I asked my company to pay for my ticket back, as I understand they must offer that to me. They haven't responded to my email. Has anyone done this before? How did it go https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/ ?

What's your current immigration status? If you are on H1B status and employer has terminated your employment then they will surely have to sponsor one way ticket to your home country.
