H1B Stamping With Small Employer

Hello Gurus,

I work for a very small employer 2 to 3 employees. I am planing to go for H1B visa stamping in couple of months. My employer can provide all the required documents. I am getting paid on time. Every thing is fine. But my question is is it advisable to go for stamping while working for small employer? Should I change the employer before I go for stamping?
Please let me know.
