Hi,
I filled up the DS-160 form for a H1B renewal in chennai consulate. While I was filling up the appln, I tried saving to a file on my computer but it only would save as a DAT file. I thought after I submit I could save but unfortunately that didnt happen. I have a copy of teh confirmation receipt but even though it is not mandatory, I want a copy of the application form for my own reference.
I called VFS and they said I cant retrieve the appln once submitted and the saved DAT file is of no use. They are asking me to a fill a new application..
Can somebody tell me how to save as PDF after filling out the application and before submitting. ? or is printing the only other option..
