I need advice if know proper solution on situation mentioned below:
3 months ago I went to consulate for VISA renewal in Mumbai consulate and VO issued me 221g asking the documents.
I submitted those docs and waited till a month to get reply but did not receive any reply
The client where I was working also waited till 1 month and later they emailed me about discontinuing contract. Hence i resigned from my current employer since I do not have contract to work in US. I did not here anything from consulate till that time.
Now today I get an email to come along with Passport and slip on which they written "Wait for Officer Decision" from consulate.
What should I do? Will it be safe to go for stamping at consulate.
What would be the feasible solution in this case.
