Name mismatch - other name
Hi,
My spouse's father name is mentioned as her surname in her passport ( like First name : Majeline Surname :Joseph Stephen).
But in my passport, in spouse name it is mentioned as 'Majeline Joseph' and in my daughter's passport also, in mother's name it is mentioned as 'Majeline Joseph'.
I am going to fill up the online Visa application for my spouse and my daughter. In my spouse application, I think I have to fill up her name as it is in her passport (First name : Majeline Surname :Joseph Stephen).
Will this cause any problem as it is different my passport?
Do I need to mention 'Majeline Joseph' in 'Other names' column? If I do so, do we need to carry any proof for this? Fyi- In all other documents, her name is given as Majeline J or Majeline Joseph.
