B1 to H1 Transfer[Urgent]
Hi,
I am here in US with a B1 visa with my current employer.
I have got an offer from my new employer
and he is very confident of getting me a B1-H1 transfer within a month(as told by his attorney)without me going back to India.
1.When does H1B quota start for this year?
2.What is the probability of my rejection of B1-H1 transfer
since its been not even a month that I have entered US
and they would be filing for my B1-H1?
3.Just in case there is a rejection can i continue to stay on a B1 till my expiry of I-94?
4.Can you block H1 quotas so that they can use it in future?
