Dear all seniors,
please advice me for GC category, I am B.com passed 1996 with subsidory subject computer science but not mentioned anywhere in marksheets. accounting is my main subject. I got some aptech LCC NIIT certificates , then work in IT only as network engineer, right now I am on H1B since 4years, I have MCSE, MCSA MCITP, CCNA, RHE certifications, even sun JAVA certification also I have.
so, please advice me in which Category I fall if my employer sponsored my GC.
My elder sister also applied for my GC last year , thats family based GC program, how many years will take for me if I go for family based?
which one is faster, Employment based or family based for me.
