HI all,
I had applied for my last H1B 6th year extension and got a RFE. My company replied to RFE and upgraded Extn process to premium processing. My visa is supposed to be extended till June first week only and after that I have to apply for my 7th year extn based upon Labour being filed within 365 days of expiration. My ques are:
1) Should there be any update on USCIS website for RFE response being received?
2) Its already been a week and I have not got any reply..How much time do they generally take in Premium process.
3) I have heard about nunc pro tunc(not sure how it works)...Can that be applied to my case for 7th year extn because if they dont reply to my RFE in next 3 days, I will be late to apply for my 7th year extn.
4) Is there any other option through which I can apply for my th year extn?
