Hello Friends,
I currently live in US and planning to go for H1-B stamping in July to Delhi. While filling up the form D160 for my son, there is a page to update the parents information - Name, DOB.
There is a question here "Does your father live in US?" "Does your mother live in US?" How to answer this question. If they are asking if at the time of filling this application, then it is yes. if they meant that regarding the status(US Citizen) then it is a NO. I am struggling to answer this question.
Appreciate any help or advise here.
