Hi,
My GC Perm is pending with my current company for more than a year. Based upon this, I am getting 1 year extension on H1-B for last couple of years. My current H1b will expire on Oct 2011 and new H1b extension filing is in process with my current employer. Now I want to switch to new employer and new employer is ready to file new GC also for me. Is it possbile to tranfer H1B at this stage. Should I wait for new H1b extension with current employer and then make the switch so that new employer has enough time to file GC. Is there any better alternative also available?
