While going through the recent months posts under H1 and L1 category, I came across multiple visa on hold releated threads and people been handed out 221g. Makes one wonder what has changed in last 6 months that Immigration Services is approving petition but US consulate is not stamping it.
Trying to figure out similarities when Visa stamping is put on hold. May be it will help us putting forward the case more strongly and justifying that individual applying for any type of Visa is eligible in all manners.
1. Are rejections common for people with non-Computer Science Degrees?
2. Insufficient work experience for the possible US position
3. Visa Sponsores are
a. either Indian IT firm like who work on Outsourcing models
b. US based consultancy firm
c. US based company Direct Hire
