H1b - sent back to USCIS
Hello sir,
I had attended interview at chennai recently and the Visa Officer (VO) told me that they are rejecting the visa and sending back all the documents to USCIS since they think the product which i am going to work is non-existant. After this i got product registration copy from my employer which is approved and registered in US itself. My employer says consulate takes around 4 months to send back the forms to USCIS
Please let me know
1. If this first time rejection will have any impact for my future travel
2. How fast can i get by current H1b approved and I can travel to US.
