Hello,
I am on H1B in US and my H1B visa expires on 16 Dec 2011. My Attorney has not filed for extension yet.
I am planning a trip to Paris/Rome in Sept - from 29 Sept - 8 Oct. Which would mean that after my Trip my H1B visa in US will be expiring in 2 months.
My Schengen Visa appointment is on 10 August in LA and need to know if anyone was rejected visa due to H1B US expiring in 2 months?
I have to buy tkts for Europe and if visa is going to be a problem then I will have to change all of my plan.
