Hi,
Below is my query, I am confused what to do?..
1. I was working in US and later I transferred my H1 to other company and was working for new company and just now I came India for vacation of 1 month.My previous employer H1 Visa is on my passport which is valid till 2013.My question is do I need to go for H1 Visa stamping for new employer?
2.My Wife got H4 visa stamped last week on which my new company name is mentioned.
Will there be any issue if we both travel together without my H1 Visa stamping again at port of entry?
Has any one faced this issue and what was the outcome for the same.my port of entry would be in california states...
