Hi,
I am currently in US on my B1 visa for 2 months for training and Knowledge transfer.
Last week only my H1-B petition is approved and I need to go back to India for H1 stamping.
Is there any risk in this as I need to come back with in the Period of 1 week back to US for my work.
and what type of questions they will ask as I am here for 2 months on B1 and earlier I got 2 rejections in my L1-B visa.
