Hi !!
My opt got expired on 25th Of July,2011. And and My h1 filed before that so i came on CAP -GAP status. But now i got RFE from USCIS and My Employer are going to reply about the RFE very very soon. My h1 has been file on Regular basis. But i have a doubt that like if my status is Under process and can i stay in the Country up to My Decision will be taken even after the 1st of October?
Or i can't stay after 1st of October ?
