Need help! Can I go to India

I am planning to travel to India this December and I my H1B starts this October. I have completed my masters and I am an full time employee working for govt client and I have client letter also will there be any issues since my case is geniune or should I hold with the trip.

No one can predict. Almost all cases are genuine. But consulate will need time to figure that out and that is why they issue 221g for additional admin processing. If your documents are in order, then the chances are high.
