Hi,
My wife is holding H4 visa. She travelled overseas in Dec 04 and at that time, I lost my job. I am still under H1 visa but, I am looking for another employer.
My question, Can my wife apply for H4 visa stamp in US consulate outside the US or she has to wait till I work for different employer.
