I am planning to go to India in january end, bcoz of my sis's marriage. And my husband apply for employer change,his employer already applied for his transfering H1. So In stamping wht they can ask me? is their any problem for stamping?
Anybody help me ?

No issues. On the date of your interview, if your husband is working for the current employer, then you need to get the H4 visa stamped based on his current employer's petition. If he works for the new employer (based on the approved or pending transfer), then you need to get the visa stamped based on the transferred petition. In such case, you will need to wait until the petition gets transferred to the new employer.
