Consulate mail after 221g documents submission.

Hello,

I have received an e-mail from Mumbai Consulate to submit my Passport to VFS office for my H1B stamping after my Blue 221g form.

In an e-mail they have mentioned following line which I could not understand, hence need your help to understand it clearly.

Please submit your passport, pending letter and the courier envelope to the Consulate General via any of the VFS offices.

I had already submitted all required documents to VFS office along with the 221g Blue slip.

Please let me know which "Pending Letter" they are referring in above line.

They were asking to submit your passport, 221g letter & the courier envelop (that you can get from VFS).

I have already submitted the 221g letter to VFS before 1 & half months back.

I will go & submit the passport now to VFS.

Attach a copy of that letter and include a cover letter mentioning the original is already with VFS.
