Hi,
I am planning to transfer my H1B to another employer (employer B). The offer that i am getting from "Emp B" has a clause which reads as follows:
"Employer B" will pay the fees associated with your H1 process. In the event that you voluntarily terminate or are terminated with cause at any time prior to the end of the 12th month following the date you obtain your H1, you will repay to "Employer B" in full all associated fees for return transportation on termination.
Now since i will be signing the offer letter, hence just wanted to check if these kind of things (which seems like a bond) are effective (and legally bounding) in US.
