Hi,
I am applying for H1 first time. My project is open ended and long term. The issue is client manager does not want to specify the duration in client letter. He just mentioned that project is longer duration and significant time and they are expected to continue the service. What are the chances that I will get REF from USCIS. My employer says it would end up in getting H1 for one year only. Can anybody please advice how does it matter and what should I include in client letter to get 3 years H1. Thanks in advance !
