H1B VISA Fee, TORONTO

Hi,
I currently reside in USA on H1B
I have booked my visa interview appointment for extension in toronto. I have paid all the fee and booked my slot. Now I have heard that I need to pay some visa fee at the time of interview and that needs to be deposit in scotia bank and need to carry the receipts to consulate.

Right now I am in US. If the above said is true then is there a way that I can pay it here in US.
