Hi
I am in currently in India for past 15 months.
I still have a valid H1 until September, 2005.
I will be going back to US to work at this company.
If I change job and get H1 transfer, do I get new 6 year validity?
Some posts suggest that I need to apply for H1 under new quota to get the addl. 6 years.
If it is indeed correct, can I do it under next year quota ( Oct, 2007) and get the addl. 6 years?
