I worked for Company A and after some time I transfer from A to Company B since company A has no job at that time
Company A file my green Card and my I-140 is approved.
Company B files my H1B visa and I start working with them we just got receipt notice and still waiting for I-797 its just a week I joined them.
Now company A find a new job for me and I want to join them as a H1B employee again
however company A dont want me to leave and therefor they are not giving me receipt notice.
can any one please advise me what to do in this case.
